Overview

We POS is our own product: a point-of-sale app for restaurants and cafés that anyone can use. We designed and built it end to end — from product strategy and pricing to the cashier, kitchen display, QR self-ordering and dynamic QRIS — so small warungs and multi-outlet groups alike can run service from a phone, tablet or laptop.

01 The Challenge

Many warungs, cafés and restaurants in Indonesia still run on handwritten notes and a calculator. Existing POS systems are often expensive, need special hardware, take days to set up, and stop working the moment the internet drops.

Staff change often, so a POS must be learnable in minutes. Orders get lost between the cashier and the kitchen, QRIS payments are typed in by hand, and owners only see how the day went after closing — if at all.

02 Our Approach

  1. 01

Built for everyone on the floor

Five roles — owner, manager, cashier, waiter and kitchen — each see only the screens they need. Staff switch shifts by tapping their name and a 4–6 digit PIN.

  2. 02

Works on what they already have

No app store and no special hardware. We POS runs in Chrome, Safari or Edge on phones, tablets and laptops, prints to common 58/80 mm thermal printers and keeps working offline.

  3. 03

Start free, grow with the business

A free plan to start with, and paid plans that add multiple devices, QR ordering, reservations, profit-and-loss and multi-outlet reporting as the business grows.

03 What We Built

  • Cashier

Tap-to-order menu with notes per item, dine-in or takeaway, discounts, automatic PB1 tax and service charge, and open bills.

  • Payments and dynamic QRIS

Cash, QRIS, transfer and card with automatic change. The store uploads its QRIS once and every bill gets a QR with the amount already filled in — money goes straight to the merchant.

  • Kitchen display

Orders arrive with a sound and a timer that turns from green to yellow to red, with separate bar stations.

  • Tables, reservations and QR self-order

Live table map, moving and merging tables, reservation conflict warnings and WhatsApp confirmations. Guests scan the table QR and order from their own phone.

  • Shift close and reports

Daily sales, peak hours, best-selling items, payment methods, sales per cashier and gross profit, exportable to Excel, CSV or Google Sheets.

  • Control and accountability

Cancellations need a manager PIN and a reason, and every transaction is logged under the staff member's name.
