We are seeking an experienced Full-stack Engineer with expertise in Ruby on Rails to join our team. As a Full-stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features, ensuring code quality and best practices through code reviews and continuous integration.
01 What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails
- Contribute to the team by participating in technical discussions, code reviews, and sprint ceremonies
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features
- Ensure code quality and best practices through code reviews and continuous integration
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Optimize application performance and scalability
02 What we're looking for
- Proven experience with Ruby on Rails and full-stack development
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript) and back-end frameworks
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
